Where can i buy a 300 gram weight to calibrate a digital scale?
I have a brand new scale but it is not calibrated...I would prefer to buy one from a store instead of waiting for it to be sent to me from a website...any ideas?
That is sort of hard to get - but they are available. here is what you do...... grab a handful of quarters or pennies. Go to a place that has a good digital scale down to at least 1/100th of a gram and pile up enough pennies or quarters and stop at around 300 grams or as close as possible. Mark that down. Then put the same amount of pennies on your scale and adjust for the same identical reading.
