What is a healthy resting pulse rate?
I am a 15 year old girl with a resting pulse rate of 70, I play soccer netball and do taekwondo as well as school pe, so I am not lazy. Is this too high/low?
That doesn't really answer my question. Am I too high?
70 is a good heart rate for sumone active, i play volleyball and gymnastics and my resting is 66
this jus means that u dont need as much oxygen wen working out, although there is such thing as being too low
normal resting hr is 72-75
