b) a subtotal hysterectomy
Subtotal hysterectomy is the only operation to remove the uterus.

c) Hysterectomy simple
The operation to remove the uterus, removal of tissue or lymph nodes.

d) a radical hysterectomy
Radical hysterectomy is the long-running, not only removing the uterus but also the cervical, upper vagina, and all the supporting tissues. This surgery is rarely used in the operation of the endometrium, but in general treating cervical cancer of the uterus.

III. Risk
a) a heavy blood loss during and after surgery
