I got a rash from my 48 Holter monitor test! What should I do?

It's itchy, little red bumps where the electrode stickers were placed. Also, my cardiac tech seemed upset that the adhesive tape (which was placed over the electrodes after the Holter was attached) had gotten stuck on my skin instead of covering the electrodes. I want to know why, and if this could impact the results of the test.

Seems like you are sensitive to the electrode material. The tapes were placed to ensure continued contact of the electrodes on the skin and unless you perspire or moved a lot (which might cause the electrode/s to lose skin contact), the results will be fairly reliable.
