Have you had a blood glucose test strips giving inaccurate?
I had two lots of test strips give incorrect readings on the last 5 months. More recently, last week, I tested one of the results of blood sugar was 154 thinking it must be much less I checked with the test strip was quite different from 124. I had two different lots of test strips on hand because my wife had my order.
I got rid of a meter because of this problem. If you wash your hands before handling and test strips? If you wash your hands or use alcohol? Should I remove the finger for the blood drive? Is this your meter correctly coded for each item? If one of the lots right? All these actions can cause problems such. Have you used the control solution the band is bad? If using the solution and the range of underground testing, it is not the bands. Each finger will produce a different result and the same finger can produce results different. If you have neuropathy, which produces different results as well. To complicate matters further, the Lieutenant FDA allows meters have a fluctuation 20%. Therefore, it is impossible to have numbers that you posted. HTH
