Describe how to prepare plant or animal tissue slide?
What I meant is how they prepare one thick cell slide from leaf of plant (for example) so we can see it under light microscope.
I need to know steps. For example, I have stem of plant. How can I make it thin enough so I can see it through light microscope? How can I make slide like this one:

You will need a plastic slide cover (small plastic square), and a dropper, and some dH2O
1 - Make sure everything is clean
2 - Place 1 - 2 drops of dH2O on center of slide
3 - Slice a thin piece of stem off
4 - Place in drops on slide
5 - Take plastic slide cover and place it above the drops
6 - Let one edge into the drops first to break surface tension and then drop in.
If you did correctly, you should have a plastic cover with no air bubbles.
