How do you calculate the length and width for cells with high and low power with a microscope?
I just want an example so I know how to do them, even if you could show me one that would be great.
Best way is to also have a special etched slide with sub-millimeter measuring capacity; such as a hemocytometer (used to count red blood cells). Most hemocytometers have lines spaced 50, 100, and 250 microns apart (1000 microns = 1mm)
