My cheek is okay?

Case a small incision in the mouth should probably just clarify a couple of times a day with warm water with salt. You can also rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide (do not swallow and rinse with water afterwards). Mouth sores usually heal themselves very quickly, but after a week that shows no sign of improvement that could call your dentist for suggestions. Hydrogen peroxide does not really hurt, but feels weird bubbles. Any more than it hurts me to put in a cut in the skin.
